Sherry Herzing, Founder and Director of the LKG 911 Taskforce, spoke at the Mecklenburg County Board of Supervisors meeting on December 1st, in support of a proposed new cell tower. The proposal was approved unanimously. According to Ryan from Network Tower company, it will take about 9 months to file all the paperwork and get the job started. Sherry was informed that this may be one of many towers to come.
